In order to provide the best experience and appointment availability to all of our customers, appointments booked must follow the Giovanni & Pileggi cancellation policy.

Giovanni & Pileggi requires a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to appointment cancellation.

Appointments made same day require a minimum of 2 hours notice.

Failure to provide required notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service booked, no exceptions.
